During this meeting, we'll gather valuable information to ensure we deliver the best possible design solutions. Additionally, you will receive access to our Trello board, where you can start adding tasks and collaborating with our team.
• How do I know you have my product in mind?

To ensure that each client receives the focus they deserve, we limit the number of clients we work with by offering specific slots for each plan. This approach allows us to dedicate ample time and resources to understand and cater to the unique needs of your product. Your product is our priority, and we are committed to delivering exceptional design solutions tailored to your vision.
• Do I really have unlimited requests?
  
  Yes, absolutely! Once subscribed to our service, you have the freedom to submit as many design requests as you need. Each request will be delivered to you one by one, ensuring focused attention and timely completion.
• What is the average delivery time for design requests?
  
  Our average delivery time for design requests is typically 2-3 working days. However, keep in mind that the actual timeframe may vary depending on the complexity and size of the task. For more extensive projects, like a complete branding for your product, we may need to break it down into smaller, manageable deliverables, which can affect the overall delivery timeline.
• What if i don’t have a lot of requests? Can I pause or stop?
  
  Yes! We understand that your design needs may vary from time to time, and you might not always have a continuous flow of requests. If you find yourself with only a few design tasks or want to take a break, you can conveniently pause your subscription. When you're ready to resume and have more design needs, you can easily reactivate your subscription without any wasted time or resources.
• How do i get my designs?
  
  Your designs will be delivered using Figma for UI and UX design. We will share the design files via your dedicated Trello board. Additionally, any other files, such as lottie animations, decks, or Adobe files, will also be made available and shared through the Trello board for your easy access and convenience.
• What is your refund policy?
  
  We offer a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase, as we want you to feel confident with our services. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly. However, please note that after the initial 24-hour window, we have a no-refund policy in place due to the high-quality and extensive time invested in our design work. Rest assured, we will work diligently to ensure your complete satisfaction.
